170 participants from SKPD/UKPD (Regional Working Unit) attend Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) application technical meeting as a replacement of previous application. Thus citizen complaints could be followed up optimally.

South Jakarta Governance Assistant, Edy Suherman said, CRM is considered more effective.
"CRM is more effective because the flexible coordination and disposition, can include more than 25 reports, has report filter feature, has report status in graph, and has distribution report map," he said, Wednesday (5/3).
City Continues Simplifying Business Permission ServiceSouth Jakarta Communication, Informatics, and Statistic (Kominfotik) Sub-dept. Head, Lestari Ady Wiryono said, this technical meeting aims to ease SKPD/UKPD in South Jakarta administration in accessing provided application.
"Through this technical meeting, hopefully complaint reporting process from citizen could be followed up fast," he expressed.
He also hopes this application in the future could be done optimally.
"I hope participants in this technical meeting could understand better, and apply it as good as possible in accordance with existing duties," he closed.
